Venetissimo Box Terms and Conditions

Each Venetissimo Box will contain 5 to 6 unfindable artisan gourmet Veneto products selected by us. We will vary each month the products you’ll receive to make sure you have a discovery experience and find new products each month. You’ll also receive information about the products and our personal suggestions for consumption.

Please be aware that wine will not be included in non-European deliveries, but we will include more food products. This is due to our customs clearance partner who requires a minimum of 6 bottles of wine.

Due to Brexit, unfortunately, we have had to temporarily suspend UK deliveries. We apologize for the inconvenience, we will try to offer this service again as soon as possible.

Subscription Box Payment and Shipping
  • We close subscriptions on the 25th of each month. Which is when you will be charged for the following month’s Venetissimo box. That means if you subscribe let’s say on the 10th, you will only be charged for your subscription on the 25th.
  • We ship your box on the 1ts week of the following month. We need these approximately 10 days between payment and shipping to make sure all artisans deliver the products on time.
  • We use standard shipping, however, should you want express delivery, please choose that option at checkout. An extra fee is requested for express delivery.
  • Express delivery is not possible for extra-EU countries.
Subscription Renewal and Cancelation
  • The renewal is automatic every month; however, you can cancel or pause it anytime. Please note that your cancellation request should be made at least the day before your renewal billing date to avoid automatic renewal charges.
  • Cancellations before the 25th automatically cancel shipping for the following month. 
  • Please note once a subscription is renewed, you will not be refunded until the subscription period ends.
  • You can cancel your subscription directly in your account.
