Everything you need to know about our Venetissimo Pantry Subscription!

What do I get with my subscription?

When you subscribe to Venetissimo Pantry Box you will get one box/month with 5-6 products made in Veneto by artisan producers. We will vary the content of what you receive every time so you can discover and explore new flavors. 

You won’t find grocery store products in our boxes. Instead, our selection will reflect exclusive quality products made in Veneto by small artisan producers. Each box is curated with the utmost care, to elevate your experience and help you adopt the Veneto lifestyle.

How does it work?

When you subscribe to the Venetissimo Pantry box you automatically subscribe for the box to be delivered every month. No need to do anything else, it will all run automatically after you subscribe.

When will I be charged for the subscrtiption?

Your first box will be billed immediately when you subscribe. The following monthly renewals will be automatically billed every 25th of the month for the next month’s box.

When do you ship my box?

We will ship your box during the first week of each month.

Why am I billed early compared to shipping?

All products are made by small artisans who may not have stock immediately. Some of these products are also made upon order, therefore we need to guarantee about 10 days of time between your renewal and our shipping.

How can I cancel or pause my subscription?

You can cancel and/or pause your subscription any time, however, please be aware that:  

  • Your cancellation/pausing request should be made at least the day before your renewal billing date (25th of each month) to avoid automatic renewal charges.
  • Cancellations/pausing before the 25th automatically cancel shipping for the following month. 
  • Please note once a subscription is renewed, you will not be refunded until the subscription period ends.
  • You can cancel/pause your subscription directly in your account.
Can I change the delivery address?

Yes, on your My Account page you can change the delivery address.

Can I select the products for my Venetissimo Pantry Box?

No. The purpose of the subscription is for you to explore the different products we select for you. However, should you wish to receive a personalized box separately, we will be happy to select products together with you. What if there are certain foods I can't/don't eat?

Every box comes with detailed nutritional information, including food allergies. However, every month we will be posting the list of products/producers included in the following months’ box.

How will my box be delivered?

Your box will be delivered in a double cardboard packaging to ensure the safety of the products inside your subscription box. The double boxes are recyclable.

Where can I find the tracking information?

As soon as your box leaves our Italian warehouse, you will be emailed with confirmation of shipping and tracking number. In case you don’t receive any communication and would like to have further information, please send us an email at ciao@bestofveneto.com

What should I do if my box is damaged and the products inside are broken?

In the rare occasion that this does happen…

  • We kindly ask you to take pictures of the damage so we can claim our logistics partner for damaged shipping. 
  • We will resend your box asap without extra charges.
